Enjoy creamy and delicious ice cream in under 7 minutes!

You will need:
1/2 cup Whole milk
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup White sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Table salt or rock salt
2 cups Ice cubes
1-quart Plastic bag with a zipper closure
1-gallon Plastic bag with a zipper closure
Add sugar, milk, cream, and vanilla to the quart sized plastic bag. Zip that bag up so nothing leaks!
Put half of the ice into the gallon sized plastic bag.
Add salt to the ice.
Place the sealed quart bag inside the gallon bag of ice and salt.
Add the rest of the ice to the gallon bag.
Seal the gallon bag securely.
Wrap the bag in a hand towel because the bag will get cold.
Shake the towel wrapped bag for 5 minutes or until the ice cream mixture has solidified.
