What is a 90 Second Cake Kit? 

 

A KakeMi 90 Second Cake™ is an all-in-one dessert kit that allows anyone to make a delicious 4 inch cake in under 3 minutes. All you need is water, a fork, and microwave.

 

What is in a KakeMi 90 Second Cake Kit?

Cake Mix : Cake flour (bleached wheat flour, iron, niacin, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, dry milk, spray dried whole eggs, butter (sweet cream, salt, annatto color, non-fat milk solids), baking soda, salt, corn starch Dependent of flavor: dutch processed cocoa, vanilla powder or  lemon (Crystallized Lemon [citric acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)], Maltodextrin)

Icing: Vegetable shortening, sugar, nonfat milk, hydrogenated palm oil, palm kernel oil, cornstarch, soy lecithin, artificial flavor

Oil: Corn oil

Sprinkles: Sugar, cornstarch, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, gum arabic, Confectioner’s glaze, FD&C colors (Yellow #6 Lake, Yellow #5 Dye, Yellow #5 Lake, Blue  #1 Lake, Red #40 Lake, Red #3 Dye)

 

Are 90 Second Cake Kits gluten-free or vegan?

Currently, all KakeMi 90 Second Cake varieties include flour, egg, and milk; and therefore, are not gluten-free or vegan. As KakeMi LLC continues to grow we plan to create a line of gluten-free, vegan, and diabetic friendly cakes. Do 90 Second Cake Kits taste good?

Do I have to use the microwave?

No, you do not have to use a microwave to enjoy a KakeMi 90 Second Cake. You can make your cake in the oven or toaster oven by transferring the mix to cupcake trays or a small baking container and cooking for 20 minutes at 350 °. 

 

Do I have to use all of the oil?

​

No, you do not have to use any or all of the oil, however, we believe it adds extra moistness to the cake.

 

How many calories are in a serving?

A serving of 90 Second Cake (with the included icing and sprinkles) has approximately 350 - 400 calories depending on the flavor. Each 90 Second Cake is two servings.
